- 25 ml gin
- 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
- Dash crème de violette
- Well-chilled Champagne, to top up
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Pour the first four ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and stir well.
Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe and top up with Champagne. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a stainless-steel cocktail stick and serve.
