Ingredients

  • 35ml Gin
  • 3-4 Raspberries
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 125ml Belvoir Elderflower Pressé
  • Glassware: Hi ball

Instructions

Shake ingredients into a hi ball with cubed ice and top with elderflower pressé.

Garnish: Berries and Mint.

Belvoir’s Elderflower Pressé is made from flowers freshly picked from Belvoir’s own elder plantations and from those growing wild in the surrounding hedgerows, blended with fresh lemon juice and gently sparkling spring water.

There’s not a ‘nasty’ in sight – no artificial sweeteners, flavourings, colourings or preservatives and every sip promises a nostalgic taste of summer, even in the depths of winter.  What better soft drink to grace your Christmas celebrations?

If, however, you’re craving something stronger, Belvoir’s Elderflower Pressé is glorious with gin or perfect in a cocktail; so why not give this Belvoir Gin Fizz a whirl?
