A Sip of Gold: Celebrate Mother’s Day with a refreshing gin cocktail

Say cheers to Mum with a cocktail that’s as golden as she is.

 

Oro V Golden Almond

  • 25ml Oro V gin

  • 12.5ml violet liqueur

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 12.5ml almond syrup

  • Twist of lemon, to garnish

  • Sprig of lavender, to garnish

  1. Fill a coupe glass with crushed ice and set aside. 

  2. Pour your Oro V gin, violet liqueur, lemon juice and almond syrup into a ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.

  3. Empty the coupe glass and double strain your cocktail into the chilled glass, finishing with a twist of lemon zest and a sprig of lavender.
