Dive into spring with this fresh and zesty cocktail from the Thompson Bros at Dornoch Distillery.

 

Matcha Gin

  • 25ml Thompson Bros
  • Original Highland Gin
  • 1/2 tsp matcha syrup
  • Fever-Tree Tonic
  • Lemon peel, to garnish
  • Fresh ginger, to garnish

1. Muddle the gin and syrup in your choice of cocktail glass.

2. Top up with tonic and garnish with lemon peel and fresh ginger to serve.
